Mary Lou was unlucky. Her parents had exchanged her for a crate of whisky and handed her over to the Mugshots, a family of redneck farmers. She escaped and went to her ex-boyfriend Kenny looking for help, but Kenny was feeling horny and he decided to keep her. His plan was to have lots of hard kinky sex that would include his new partner, the sadistic Debbie, and her friend Cloe.
Things took a turn one day when the Mugshots broke into Kenny’s house and reclaimed Mary Lou as their rightful property. They took her back to their squalid shack and they took Debbie with them too…

Meanwhile, things are happening in the police cells of a small county town. Police Chief Kallahan and her sadistic assistants, Officers Laverne and Lester, are having some fun torturing Lucy, a punk Oriental girl. Lucy had escaped from the redneck brothers Wilbur and Bubba and she asked the police for help. That was a bad move because Police Chief Kallahan ran a business venture, kidnapping lost female tourists, training them and selling them as sex slaves.
