Romina, exhausted from a long flight, relaxes in her shower, lost in thoughts of her boyfriend. Just as she begins to unwind, a sudden phone call forces her back to the airport for what she vows will be her last flight.

After a catastrophic engine failure, Romina's plane crashes into the ocean. She awakens alone, floating in the open water. Spotting a nearby island, she swims ashore, relieved to be alive but unaware of the horrors awaiting her.

Romina's relief turns to terror when she steps into a hidden trap and is hoisted upside-down by a lasso. A massive tribesman emerges, grinning at his unexpected prize—a helpless, beautiful woman. Soon, more hunters arrive to claim their catch.

n a jungle village, Romina is paraded before the tribe, then presented to the cruel chieftain, Zatana. Bound and caged, she endures ritualistic humiliation, her fate sealed as a mysterious white man with a gun takes possession of her.
